Kai Havertz has been ruled out of Arsenal\u2019s Premier League showdown with Fulham this weekend.<\/p>\n

The Germany international was named in Mikel Arteta\u2019s starting XI for his side\u2019s biggest game of the season against Manchester City two weeks ago.<\/p>\n

He kept his place within the side against Newcastle United but a groin injury forced him off after 34 minutes with Viktor Gyokeres restored up front midweek within the Champions League against Atletico Madrid. <\/p>\n

While it’s hoped Havertz can still have a task to play in the ultimate weeks of the season, the previous Chelsea star will miss the visit of the Cottagers this weekend.<\/p>\n

Speaking at a pre-match press conference on Friday, Arteta confirmed his forward is just not available.<\/p>\n

Martin Odegaard meanwhile was replaced before the hour mark on the Wanda Metropolitano, sparking concern over a recent knee injury back in his homeland.<\/p>\n

The Norway international returned from his latest issue earlier this month, playing the total 90 minutes against City and Newcastle United before starting again against Atletico on Wednesday night.<\/p>\n

    Odegaard is now a doubt for Saturday\u2019s game with Arteta telling reporters\u2019 \u2018we’ll see\u2019 when asked for an update on his fitness.<\/p>\n

    Jurrien Timber injury latest<\/h2>\n

    Jurrien Timber meanwhile has not featured for the reason that victory over Everton in mid-March. <\/p>\n

    What was initially hoped to be a minor groin injury has now sidelined the Dutchman for nine games.<\/p>\n
