Chris Brown<\/strong>\u2018s ongoing legal battle along with his former housekeeper continues to escalate. In line with a brand new report, the singer\u2019s ex-employee is fighting against his request to stop her from showing bloody pictures from an injury she said she sustained at his sprawling LA home. Before that, Brown reportedly asked a judge to stop the plaintiff from bringing up his past assault charges from his relationship with singer Rihanna<\/strong>.<\/p>\n Maria Avila, who initially lodged a lawsuit against Brown in 2021, is fighting against the singer\u2019s effort to stop her from showing images of her gruesome injury to the court, in response to TMZ<\/em><\/a>. <\/p>\n In the brand new legal documents, Avila argues that the photographs are relevant to the case because they show the seriousness of her injuries. <\/p>\n \t\t<\/p>\n In line with Avila, being unable to indicate the photos would make it more difficult to prove her claims.<\/p>\n For many who could also be unfamiliar, Avila filed a suit back in July 2021, claiming Brown\u2019s large, dark-colored dog attacked her while she was completing work for the high-profile celebrity. <\/p>\n In line with an NBC News<\/em><\/a> report, Avila accused Brown and his team of ignoring her when she was \u201cscreaming in terror and calling out for help.\u201d <\/p>\n The initial suit claimed that Brown\u2019s dog \u201cviciously and brutally\u201d mauled, bit, and attacked her on December 12, 2020, on the singer\u2019s Los Angeles home. <\/p>\n \u201cThe dog begins savagely biting her face, her arms and other parts of her person and body, literally tearing out and ripping off large chunks of her skin from her face and her arms,\u201d Avila\u2019s then attorney, Nancy Doumanian, wrote. <\/p>\n Nevertheless, the story doesn\u2019t end there. In line with the legal documents, Brown allegedly ordered the dog to be driven to a \u201cnebulous location in Humboldt County\u201d to have the dog euthanized in an effort to destroy evidence.<\/p>\n An official from Humboldt County confirmed that an animal matching Brown\u2019s dog\u2019s description was euthanized a day before Christmas as a result of its aggressive nature. <\/p>\n Per reports, the attack was labeled a \u201chigh profile case\u201d as a result of the dog\u2019s owner being \u201ca celeb\u201d and the injuries being \u201cextensive.\u201d <\/p>\n Along with hopefully stopping Avila from showing pictures to the court, Brown is reportedly asking the judge to bar her from speaking about his past domestic violence case with Rihanna. <\/p>\n Brown pleaded guilty to felony assault following the headline-making incident in 2009, in response to TMZ<\/em><\/a>. <\/p>\n The \u201cSuperb China\u201d singer\u2019s lawyer urged the judge to stop Avila and her team from presenting that as evidence, questioning its relevance to the case at hand. <\/p>\n Brown\u2019s team also argued that mentioning the assault, which happened \u201cgreater than a decade ago,\u201d could be \u201cimproper, irrelevant, and unduly prejudicial.\u201d <\/p>\nChris Brown\u2019s Former Housekeeper Was Allegedly Attacked By His Dog In 2020<\/h2>\n
