The all-star forward was downgraded from questionable to doubtful by the club hours before hosting the Cleveland Cavaliers in Game 6 on Friday night. Cleveland leads the best-of-seven playoff matchup 3-2.<\/p>\n
Ingram left midway through the second quarter of Wednesday\u2019s 125-120 road loss in Game 5 to the Cavaliers. The 2-time all-star aggravated inflammation in his right heel and the Raptors say it has not improved despite a day of rest.<\/p>\n
\u201cBe able to play either way,\u201d said guard RJ Barrett of Mississauga, Ont. \u201cObviously, B.I.\u2019s a crazy necessary piece for us.<\/p>\n

Ingram has averaged 14.8 points within the series and had a 23-point performance in Toronto\u2019s Game 4 victory Sunday. Ingram was 0 for two from the sphere and had one point, one rebound and two assists in 11 minutes Wednesday before departing.<\/p>\n
Ja\u2019Kobe Walter, a second-year guard who had stepped right into a starter\u2019s role with Immanuel Quickley ruled out for the series, will likely see more touches within the Raptors\u2019 offence if Ingram can\u2019t go in Game 6.<\/p>\n
\u201cAt the top of the day, we\u2019ll be ready regardless whether he plays or not,\u201d Walter said after Toronto\u2019s morning shootaround on the OVO Athletic Centre. \u201cI don\u2019t really see it any variety of different. I\u2019m going to take the open shots when I even have them.<\/p>\n
