He further alleged that JPMorgan enabled Hajdini\u2019s abuse, claiming the firm retaliated once he reported the alleged incidents. He said he was placed on involuntary leave, while Hajdini reportedly was never punished for her alleged actions.<\/p>\n The filing claims that the alleged abuse began in 2024 after Doe and Hajdini began working together.<\/p>\n A spokesperson for JPMorgan addressed the lawsuit in April 2026.<\/p>\n \u201cFollowing an investigation, we don\u2019t imagine there\u2019s any merit to those claims,\u201d a rep for the organization told the Day by day Mail<\/i>. \u201cWhile quite a few employees cooperated with the investigation, the complainant refused to participate and has declined to offer facts that might be central to support his allegations.\u201d<\/p>\n JPMorgan and Hajdini later each denied the allegations.<\/p>\n \u201cLorna categorically denies the allegations,\u201d a lawyer for Hajdini said in a press release. \u201cShe never engaged in any inappropriate conduct with this individual of any kind and has never even been to the situation where the alleged sexual assault supposedly took place.\u201d<\/p>\n The sexual assault suit was withdrawn later in April 2026. The Economic Times <\/i><\/span><\/a>reported that the petition was retracted for \u201ccorrections\u201d that raised eyebrows concerning the truth of the claims. The Recent York Post<\/i><\/span><\/a> <\/i>also <\/i>claimed that the accusations were fabricated.<\/p>\n After the lawsuit was first filed in April 2026, several social media users began questioning the lawsuit\u2019s merit.<\/p>\n \u201cI’d wager any amount of cash that this JP Morgan woman is 1000% innocent and now she\u2019s having her life ruined by some failed banker turned scammer,\u201d an X user wrote. \u201cJPM conducted a full internal investigation.
