Donald Trump has suggested he could also be \u2018higher off\u2019 not making a deal in any respect Iran after rejecting Tehran\u2019s latest offer.<\/p>\n

The US president insisted the choices were to either \u2018make a deal\u2019 or \u2018blast the hell\u2019 out of Iran and \u2018finish them endlessly\u2019, as he hinted the dispute could last a while.<\/p>\n

On Friday, Trump informed US House Speaker Mike Johnson that hostilities, which began at the tip of February, had now \u2018terminated\u2019.<\/p>\n

But he added that it was still \u2018treasonous\u2019 to suggest the US was not winning the war within the Gulf, CNN<\/a> reported.<\/p>\n

\u2018They need to make a deal, I\u2019m not satisfied with it, so we\u2019ll see what happens,\u2019 he said.<\/p>\n

Despite refusing to rule out further military intervention, when asked if he desired to go in heavy on Iran, the president replied: \u2018I\u2019d prefer not.\u2019<\/p>\n

The president cited Iran\u2019s \u2018disjointed\u2019 and \u2018messed-up\u2019 leadership as amongst the explanations progress was not currently being made.<\/p>\n

It comes because the US has withdrawn 5,000 troops from Germany in an additional sign of a growing gulf between America and Europe.<\/p>\n

Because the Strait of Hormuz stays closed to industrial traffic, governments worldwide have begun to draft contingency plans to attempt to mitigate the economic impact from any potential disruption to produce chains.<\/p>\n

Sir Keir Starmer said that in consequence of the conflict within the Middle East, the \u2018green shoots\u2019 that were growing in Britain\u2019s economy in January were now at risk of withering again.<\/p>\n

The PM told the BBC Radio 4 Today programme that while he wouldn’t \u2018drag\u2019 the UK into the war, motion have to be taken to curb its effects.<\/p>\n

He said: \u2018My strong view is that many, many citizens are frustrated they haven\u2019t seen the change we would like to see on this country.\u2019<\/p>\n

\u2018Every time now we have a crisis like this, the federal government of the day aspires to get back to the established order as soon as possible, however the established order isn\u2019t working. We have now to take a distinct course in response to this crisis.\u2019<\/p>\n

Starmer added that a more in-depth relationship to the EU would help create an economy which might higher withstand \u2018global shocks\u2019.<\/p>\n

\u2018All the symptoms are that the world goes to get more volatile, not less volatile\u2019, he said.<\/p>\n
