A high-ranking politician in Russia has fled the country, marking the primary escape of considered one of Vladimir Putin\u2019s cabinet ministers.<\/p>\n

Denis Butsaev has reportedly fled to america after dodging Vladimir Putin\u2019s high-profile security service.<\/p>\n

The 49-year-old was fired from his post as Deputy Minister of Natural Resources on April 22, and is alleged to have fled the identical day.<\/p>\n

He first went to Belarus, before going to Georgia after which flying to America. It\u2019s unclear if he\u2019s looking for political refuge.<\/p>\n

He also managed to flee during a large investigation into top-level corruption inside Putin\u2019s Kremlin.<\/p>\n

Other Russians have made the move to flee the country as Putin\u2019s war in Ukraine rages on.<\/p>\n

Back in\u00a0Russia, university students are being taken from classes and dormitories, while raids are carried out on\u00a0vegetable warehouses, mosques and on the road, where any young men eligible for military service are dragged to enlistment offices.<\/p>\n

Compulsory military service\u00a0has long been a sensitive issue in Russia, where many men go to great lengths to avoid being handed conscription papers.<\/p>\n

Putin also banned men from leaving Russia from the day they’re summoned to a conscription office and increased the fines for failure to seem on the enlistment office.<\/p>\n

One former model is understanding of London to assist Russians flee the country, a lot of whom are avoiding going to the frontlines.<\/p>\n

Ksenia Maximova is one of the vital high-profile figures amongst UK-based activists who’re bitterly against the\u00a0president\u2019s\u00a0brutal invasion.<\/p>\n

Mrs Maximova, who grew up in Moscow before moving to the UK, was last in Russia 4 years ago and fears arrest if she returns as a consequence of her visibility within the overseas anti-Putin movement.<\/p>\n
