(Picture: @WarScopeGlobal\/X)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Oil prices had hit $114 earlier today after reports that Iran\u2019s military had struck an American destroyer, but fell when the US confirmed its ships had not been hit.<\/p>\n<p>The UAE said it reserves the precise to answer Iranian attacks, labelling the strikes \u2018treacherous\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>Because the attack was unfolding, Donald Trump said US forces hit seven Iranian \u2018small boats\u2019 within the Strait of Hormuz.<\/p>\n<p>In a temporary post on Truth Social, the President said Iran has \u2018taken some shots at unrelated nations\u2019, including a\u00a0South Korean cargo ship.<\/p>\n<p>He went on: \u2018We\u2019ve shot down seven small Boats\u2026 It\u2019s all they&#8217;ve left. Apart from the South Korean Ship, there was, at this moment, no damage going through the Strait.\u2019<\/p>\n<p>The Iranian attack on the UAE is the primary time the Gulf country has been targeted because the shaky ceasefire between the clerical Regime and the U.S. took hold almost 4 weeks ago.<\/p>\n<p>Iran handed over its latest proposal for negotiations with the U.S. to mediators in Pakistan, Iran\u2019s state-run IRNA news agency reported Friday.<\/p>\n<p>Trump subsequently said he\u2019s \u2018not satisfied\u2019 with it, but didn&#8217;t elaborate on the proposal\u2019s apparent shortcomings.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Got a story?
