That is the moment a small plane crashed right into a constructing in the course of a packed Brazilian city.<\/p>\n

The aircraft was carrying five occupants when it slammed right into a constructing in Belo Horizonte, the\u00a0country\u2019s sixth-largest city with a population of around 2.4\u00a0million people.<\/p>\n

The small jet was spotted on video circling the Silveira area before colliding with a low-rise constructing.<\/p>\n

The \u2060pilot and a passenger died, while the remaining passengers were in serious condition.<\/p>\n

There have been no injuries reported from contained in the constructing.<\/p>\n

The plane took off from Pampulha Airport at 12.16pm and the pilot had reported to the control tower that he was facing problems taking off.<\/p>\n

Lieutenant Raul of the Fire Department said: \u2018It [the aircraft] hit between the third and fourth floors, within the stairwell.<\/p>\n

\u2018If it had hit the edges, it could have struck some residences; those apartments were occupied.<\/p>\n

\u2018What we saw was the structure of the aircraft projected contained in the stairwell, without hitting another apartments.\u2019<\/p>\n

One resident contained in the block said she thought \u2018the world had ended\u2019.<\/p>\n

Avani Soares, told Globo: \u2018Every part went dark, numerous debris fell, and I believed, \u2018The world has ended.\u2019<\/p>\n

\u2018On the opposite floor, there have been people screaming for help. I didn\u2019t know what to do.\u2019<\/p>\n

She said there was a powerful smell of fuel as she ran out with just her phone and glasses.<\/p>\n

Investigators from the Centre for Investigation and Prevention of Aeronautical Accidents (CENIPA) will examine the incident, in keeping with the Brazilian Air Force (FAB).<\/p>\n

The Civil Police from Minas Gerais (PCMG) have also launched an investigation into the crash.<\/p>\n
