The previous private chef of NFL star Stefon Diggs<\/strong> claims that they had greater than knowledgeable relationship prior to her accusing him of assault.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Mila Adams<\/strong>, who accused Diggs, 32, of strangling her over a financial dispute last 12 months, described things as \u201ccomplicated\u201d between the pair when she took the stand at his trial on Monday, May 4.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cIt started off as friends,\u201d Adams said. \u201cBecame sexual. We might meet up, hang around. We decided I might come work for him in February of 2025.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Us Weekly <\/i>has reached out to Diggs\u2019 attorney about Adams\u2019 claims about her relationship with the football star.<\/span><\/p>\n

Adams said she and Diggs first met in December 2022 \u201cthrough an Instagram message.\u201d She began working as his live-in private chef in July 2025, roughly 4 months after Diggs signed a deal to hitch the Latest England Patriots.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m expert with recovery, so I knew what it could take to assist him get healthy and stay healthy,\u201d Adams explained.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Adams said she was answerable for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks every single day, and was paid $2,000 per week.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

While Adams was hired to cater to Diggs\u2019 needs, she said she would also \u201ccook for whoever was in the home.\u201d Diggs and rapper Cardi B<\/strong> began dating in late 2024, welcoming their first baby together in November 2025.<\/span><\/p>\n

Us <\/i>exclusively reported earlier this 12 months that the couple split \u201cjust a few days\u201d before Diggs and the Patriots lost to the Seattle Seahawks in February\u2019s Super Bowl LX.<\/span><\/p>\n

In November 2025, Adams said \u201can Instagram DM message was sent to his child\u2019s mother\u2019s friend and this message was stating that I used to be telling his personal business of ladies that he was sleeping with us that worked with us, that worked with me.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Along with the kid he shares with Cardi B, Diggs is the daddy of an unconfirmed number of youngsters with other women. In November 2025, a paternity test proved Diggs shares a baby girl with model Aileen Lopera<\/strong>, who was born in April 2025.<\/span><\/p>\n

After the DM was sent, Adams said she was \u201cconfronted by Mr. Diggs,\u201d who eventually uninvited her from a planned group trip to Miami.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

In December 2025, Adams alleged that Diggs got here into her bedroom after the pair had been engaged in a \u201ctext exchange.\u201d In her lawsuit, Adams said she and Diggs were discussing alleged unpaid wages.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cHe got here in intent to harm me,\u201d Adams claimed on the stand. \u201cHe was leaning against the dresser. He asked me to rise up to come back here. I got up away from bed and I got here across to him. I stood in front of him, I stood on the side of him as he was leaning back. And he was like, \u2018What was all that s*** you was talking?\u2019\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Before Adams could answer, she said Diggs allegedly \u201csmacked\u201d her with \u201can open hand.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Diggs, 32, was seen dancing at Cardi\u2019s concert during her stop in Washington, D.C., on Wednesday, April 8, two months after the parents called it quits. In a clip shared by Diggs\u2019 personal trainer Clyde Simmons, Diggs was seen dancing to Cardi\u2019s \u201cThotiana Remix.\u201d [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

When asked to detail what happened next, Adams became visibly emotional and requested to \u201chave a second.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n
