Were they on a break?\u201d Fallon asked, to which the actress answered, \u201cWell, no.\u201d Nevertheless, Kudrow explained that her issue wasn\u2019t that Ross slept with one other woman while \u201con a break\u201d with Rachel. \u201cIt\u2019s beyond that. It\u2019s beyond break or not. To her, Ross sleeping with one other woman wasn\u2019t what mattered, but saying he could have slept with \u201cthree other women or no other women,\u201d and it made no difference.<\/p>\n<p>Kudrow then explained her thought process, citing the reason for the \u201cbreak.\u201d She said that Ross \u201cflipped out\u201d simply because Rachel had issues at work and was not \u201cavailable for just a few nights,\u201d which was a red flag.<\/p>\n<p>Again, the audience agreed, with just a few shouting \u201cYes!\u201d \u201cI really like this,\u201d Fallon said before asking Kudrow if Schwimmer knows her stance. His feelings were compounded by Rachel\u2019s long working hours, leaving little time for his or her relationship.<\/p>\n<p>On Season 3, Episode 15, aptly titled \u201cThe One Where Ross and Rachel Take a Break,\u201d the couple gets into an argument, and Rachel finally ends up suggesting, \u201cPerhaps we must always just take a break\u2026 a break from us.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Rachel tries to reconcile with Ross, but finds out that he slept with one other woman, thus sparking one other argument and the fan debate, as seen in Episode 16.
