Khan can even be eligible for an annual bonus measured at 150% of his base salary for 2026 and 200% for the remaining years.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Khan can be be entitled to receive an equity award of $11 million price of restricted stock units upon signing, in addition to annually with a goal amount equal to $7.5 million for 2026 and $8.5 million yearly following.
