there was \u2018nothing infectious\u2019 involving the primary death. <\/p>\n<p>Footage shows passengers gathered in a seating area when the captain of MV Hondius says a Dutch man has died from \u2018natural causes\u2019 as they sailed through the Atlantic Ocean. <\/p>\n<p>But each he and his wife, each 69, had developed the rat virus and brought it aboard the ship after visiting the town of Ushuaia, Argentina.<\/p>\n<p>The captain said: \u2018One in every of our passengers sadly passed away last night. Tragic because it is, we consider it&#8217;s from natural causes.<\/p>\n<p>\u2018I&#8217;m told by the doctor it will not be infectious, so the ship is protected on the subject of that.<\/p>\n<p>\u2018It happens at sea sometimes. I\u2019m not feeling too bad. There are still a lot of tests to be done.<\/p>\n<p>\u2018I don&#8217;t know how long I\u2019ll be within the hospital for. I\u2019m in isolation in the meanwhile.\u2019<\/p>\n<p>His wife Nicola told the Telegraph it had been \u2018a really traumatic few days\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>She added: \u2018He\u2019s relieved to be off the ship.
