Justin Baldoni<\/strong>\u2019s lawyer is celebrating after reaching a settlement with Blake Full of life<\/strong> within the duo\u2019s lengthy legal battle.<\/p>\n

\u201cLet\u2019s be clear, it is a win and total victory for the Wayfarer parties,\u201d Bryan Freedman<\/strong> said in a press release to Us Weekly<\/em> on Thursday, May 7. \u201cThe court had already dismissed 10 of Ms. Full of life\u2019s 13 claims, including every sexual harassment claim, every defamation claim, and all claims against the person defendants.\u201d<\/p>\n

Freedman continued, \u201cMs. Full of life voluntarily dismissed the remaining. In our view, they settled because they knew they were going to lose in court. All that is still is a pending request for fees based on a really narrow issue that has been with the court since September 2025.\u201d<\/p>\n

News broke on Monday, May 4, that Full of life, 38, and Baldoni, 42, settled their lawsuit after nearly two years, shortly before the pair were set to start trial. Full of life accused her It Ends With Us<\/em> costar and director of sexual harassment, making a hostile work environment and making a smear campaign against her. Baldoni vehemently denied the allegations and countersued the actress. His lawsuit was dismissed in June 2025.<\/p>\n

The statement continued, \u201cWe remain firmly committed to workplaces freed from improprieties and unproductive environments. It’s our sincere hope that this brings closure and allows all involved to maneuver forward constructively and in peace, including a respectful environment online.\u201d<\/p>\n

Judge Lewis J. Liman<\/strong> previously really helpful that each parties consider settling outside of court relatively than going to trial. The duo were set to kick off court proceedings on May 18.<\/p>\n

Full of life subsequently filed a notice of settlement, in accordance with docs obtained by Us<\/em> on Thursday. Within the filing, Full of life requested damages to cover her attorneys\u2019 fees and costs, in addition to compensatory and punitive damages. She claimed that she is \u201centitled\u201d to receive damages due to \u201charm\u201d she suffered in consequence of Baldoni\u2019s \u201cretaliatory defamation motion.\u201d<\/p>\n
