The Philadelphia Flyers are getting ready to elimination within the Stanley Cup Playoffs. Philadelphia trails the Carolina Hurricanes 3-0, with an important Game 4 on Saturday. Ahead of the sport, Flyers head coach Rick Tocchet is sending a message<\/a> about his team.<\/p>\n

\u201cThere’s just times where you have just got to take a punch within the mouth,\u201d Tocchet said, per NHL.com. \u201cIt’s discipline. We just cannot take eight or nine penalties. It is the flow of the sport. I believed for essentially the most part, aside from Game 1, the 5-on-5 (play), we have been pretty good against this team. It’s just the opposite parts of the sport. Even the 4-on-4 stuff. They’re higher at that stuff than us. So we have just got to play our game, and that is more disciplined.\u201d<\/p>\n

Carolina has dominated the Flyers with their defense on this series through three games. The Flyers have scored just three total goals in the complete series.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe have been dead before and we have climbed out of it,\u201d Tocchet said Friday. \u201cWe have played loads of playoff games the last two, three months, and now we’re in a situation where it is a must-win. It is a do-or-die game.<\/p>\n

\u201cHow do you go into this game making these guys play relaxed. \u2026 Can we be more determined tomorrow night? Yeah, I feel we will.\u201d<\/p>\n

Although the Flyers have not been scoring, players say the opportunities have been there.<\/p>\n

\u201cI feel we had a ton of ton of attractiveness (in Game 3), especially in the primary period,\u201d forward\u00a0Trevor Zegras\u00a0said. \u201cI feel while you rating one goal, obviously it will be tough to win games. But we have shown a ton of fight all season. We have got loads of belief and confidence within the room.\u201d<\/p>\n

Philadelphia and Carolina play Game 4 on Saturday night. The Flyers got some love on Friday, when former Philadelphia 76ers star Allen Iverson wore Flyers colours in the course of the 76ers-Recent York Knicks NBA Playoff game.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
