IO Interactive is back with one other round of PC specifications for 007 First Light, this time adding Enthusiast and Ultra tiers to the combination. The studio first shared specs back in January, then revised them just over per week later after community feedback flagged inconsistencies. With launch now three weeks away, this third pass scales the performance targets all the best way as much as 4K at 200+ FPS using NVIDIA DLSS 4.5.<\/p>\n

The Minimum (1080p at 30 FPS on Low) and Beneficial (1080p at 60 FPS on Medium) targets are unchanged from January\u2019s revision. The brand new Enthusiast tier is split into two options: 1440p at 60 FPS with an RTX 4070 or RX 7800 XT, or 4K at 60 FPS with an RTX 4080 or RX 7900 XTX, each running on the High preset. At the highest, the Ultra tier targets 4K at 200+ FPS using DLSS 4.5, calling for a Core i5-13600K or Ryzen 7 7700X, an RTX 5080, 32GB of RAM, and 16GB of VRAM.<\/p>\n

A few details stand out. Performance targets for the Minimum, Beneficial, and Enthusiast tiers are all native rendering, with DLSS only factored into the Ultra tier\u2019s 4K at 200+ FPS goal. That\u2019s a surprisingly honest method to present specs lately, since most up-to-date games bake DLSS or FSR into their beneficial targets without making it obvious. Path tracing and DLSS Ray Reconstruction won\u2019t ship with the sport either, arriving as a post-launch update in Summer 2026.<\/p>\n

007 First Light launches on May 27, 2026, on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. The Switch 2 version was recently delayed and won\u2019t be available at launch. With the sport now about three weeks out, this ought to be the last spec update before launch, though IO Interactive\u2019s track record here leaves room for another surprise.<\/p>\n
