In WWE as The\u00a0Hurt Business, MVP, Shelton Benjamin, and Bobby Lashley were accompanied by Cedric\u00a0Alexander, making their team a full stable with a manager as a substitute of the setup they’ve as The Hurt Syndicate in\u00a0AEW, where MVP is oftentimes their third member when he doesn’t manage them.<\/p>\n

The group briefly had MVP as a fourth member, but based on Lashley’s comments while on “The\u00a0Danny\u00a0Ocean\u00a0Show<\/a>,” the group is actively seeking to fill the fourth spot.\u00a0<\/p>\n

“There’s some great talent on the AEW roster that would probably slot in with us rather well,” he stated, singling out\u00a0Kevin\u00a0Knight who’s currently teaming with Mike Bailey as JetSpeed. “That child is on fire! He’s young, he’s impressive, he looks great within the ring! I mean, he can do all of it at once.”<\/p>\n

Lashley then admitted that THS also checked out recruiting Swerve Strickland for a while, and while things didn’t work ultimately, they still have their eye on him.\u00a0<\/p>\n

“There’s so many guys within the roster that may benefit from being with us,” he added. “One other person who’s there, that is getting pulled in a bunch of various angles at once is\u00a0Will\u00a0Ospreay.”\u00a0<\/p>\n

Lashley noted that while Will\u00a0Ospreay appears to be in high demand, THS must also be one among the stables vying for his attention.\u00a0While Lashley has his eye on many AEW talents, he highlighted something that might be a legitimate problem for his stable.\u00a0<\/p>\n

“I feel the issue that we’ve got at once is that The Hurt Syndicate is just too strong,” he claimed. “If we bring those guys on there, we might be just unstoppable!” In light of The Recent\u00a0Day’s WWE departure, Lashley proclaimed that in the event that they find yourself being AEW-bound, he’ll do all the things he can to get them into the group.<\/p>\n
