Stephen Colbert<\/strong> has seen all of it as a late-night talk show host \u2014 but even he couldn\u2019t predict how beautiful Michelle Williams<\/strong> could be upon their first meeting.<\/p>\n

Through the Wednesday, May 13, episode of the \u201cStrike Force Five<\/a>\u201d podcast, Colbert, 62, dished about which of his past guests on The Late Show With Stephen Colbert<\/em> \u201cwas so attractive\u201d that he \u201cfound it distracting.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019ll let you know who I didn’t expect to be wildly drawn to. Like, I didn\u2019t know what to do with myself,\u201d Colbert told his podcast cohosts, fellow late night hosts, Jimmy Kimmel<\/strong>, Jimmy Fallon<\/strong>, Seth Meyers<\/strong> and John Oliver<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tFormer The Day by day Show correspondent and beloved late night host Stephen Colbert shocked fans in July 2025 when he announced that CBS has decided to finish The Late Show With Stephen Colbert \u2014 and the late night program overall \u2014 in May 2026. The surprising move retired the longtime late night franchise, launched by David [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

He confessed, \u201cI didn’t \u2014 I like this person\u2019s work, but I never considered them as a bombshell \u2014 I didn’t know what to do with my eyeballs when Michelle Williams was on for the primary time.\u201d<\/p>\n

Colbert recalled the Dawson\u2019s Creek<\/em> alum, 45, stopping him in his tracks when she was on stage with him.<\/p>\n

\u201cShe sat down across from me and I went, \u2018F***. What’s mistaken with my head? I\u2019d higher not look directly at her for this complete interview,\u2019\u201d he revealed. \u201cThere was something about her vibe. Her face. All the pieces. \u2026 She\u2019s so beautiful.\u201d<\/p>\n

Colbert \u2014 who’s married to wife Evelyn McGee Colbert<\/strong> \u2014\u00a0also pointed to Rachel Weisz<\/strong>, Rebecca Ferguson<\/strong> and Andrew Garfield<\/strong> as actors who left him in awe.<\/p>\n

\u201cI used to have a Rachel Weisz problem,\u201d he said. \u201cI\u2019ve recovered. When Rachel Weisz could be on The Day by day Show<\/em>, I would go away the constructing for fear I might say something silly. I used to be afraid I might stand within the hallway and go, \u2018Hi.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n
