“Alia is doing a 15-day prolonged cameo in Tumbbad 2<\/em>, and it’s a personality that’s integral to the general narrative of the film. That is not all, her character will carry forward within the third part, which is the finale of the Tummbad trilogy. Tumbbad 2<\/em> will introduce Alia Bhatt because the central character of Tumbbad 3<\/em>, alongside Sohum Shah,” a source near the event told Bollywood Hungama on condition of confidentiality.<\/p>\n

Alia is predicted to wrap up shooting for Tummbad 2 by the tip of May, after which move on to the last leg of Love and War<\/em>. “Love and War<\/em> restarts from June and will probably be wrapped up by August 2026. The Sanjay Leela Bhansali directorial hits the large screen on Republic Day 2027,” the source added.<\/p>\n

As for Tumbbad 3<\/em>, the film goes on floors right after the discharge of Tumbbad 2<\/em>, and Alia’s addition has just made the trilogy all of the more exciting.<\/p>\n
