During a live taping of Gwyneth Paltrow\u2019s \u201cGoop\u201d podcast in West Hollywood, Gomez\u2019s husband, Benny Blanco, joked that the singer \u201chas the weight loss program of a five-year-old child.\u201d<\/p>\n

In response to the Day by day Mail<\/a><\/em>, Blanco shared that Gomez tends to gravitate toward comfort foods and fast food favorites reasonably than balanced meals.<\/p>\n

Blanco told the audience that burgers, fries, and late-night fast food are regular staples in her weight loss program, even recalling a recent morning when he found her eating at Jack within the Box before 7 a.m. <\/p>\n
