Eddie Hearn believes Xander Zayas could also be taking the identical sort of risk a young Saul Alvarez took when he fought Floyd Mayweather Jr. early in his profession against Jaron Ennis.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis to me feels a bit like Mayweather-Canelo in some extent of a young generational great who\u2019s rolling the dice probably a bit bit too early,\u201d said Hearn to Tell Us About That Boxing channel.<\/p>\n

\u201cBut that\u2019s what made Canelo great is the undeniable fact that he took that sort of fight and had the balls to do it. So you might have to respect Zayas and the undeniable fact that he\u2019s willing to do it.<\/p>\n

\u201cYes. Yes. Like, but it’s best to have that confidence. Normally, the team around you’d say, \u2018whoa, whoa, whoa. Boots can come later. This kid is a superstar, right? He\u2019s just unified the division. He\u2019s a good-looking kid. He speaks well. He\u2019s an incredible fighter.<\/p>\n

\u201cAll of us moan, don\u2019t we? \u2018How are you going to get Boots an enormous fight?\u2019 And I\u2019m sitting there after the Ortiz stuff going who? And this kid steps up, and that\u2019s why I respect him a lot,\u201d said Hearn.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Hearn also said Ennis believes there are still levels fans haven’t seen yet and expects the fight to bring out one other side of him offensively.<\/p>\n
