The saga follows former assassin Beatrix Kiddo (Uma Thurman), referred to as The Bride, as she exacts revenge on the five individuals who betrayed her, including Copperhead. The Bride killed Copperhead in an action-packed fight within the latter\u2019s kitchen, with the scene ending in Vernita\u2019s daughter, Nikki, seeing the carnage.<\/p>\n

Despite her character\u2019s death, the 61-year-old actress said she could return as a presence warning her daughter. Fox performed just about all of her own stunts in her fight scene, apart from falling on the glass table. In keeping with the actress, she underwent six months of intense training as preparation. <\/p>\n

In an interview for Cocoa Butter<\/a> in 2025, Fox said the choreographed fight was \u201cvicious,\u201d and he or she went down several dress sizes. \u201cI literally went from like a size 8\/10 all the way down to a size 2. I couldn\u2019t even hold onto the load,\u201d she explained.<\/p>\n
