At this stage, he suits perfectly in shaping the women\u2019 future,\u201d Austria said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cGreater than winning, his focus is on developing the women into higher basketball players and higher people. On the basketball aspect, Coach Sandy isn&#8217;t any stranger to Fiba tournaments. He\u2019s already coached Gilas Youth Men and assisted Gilas Men on the World Cup level.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Arespacochaga has built an in depth coaching r\u00e9sum\u00e9 in each collegiate and skilled basketball.<\/p>\n<p>He currently serves as an assistant coach under Tab Baldwin with the Ateneo Blue Eagles within the UAAP and can also be a part of Chot Reyes\u2019 staff with TNT Tropang 5G within the PBA.<\/p>\n<div class=\"ztoop\">\n<i id=\"art_cont\" style=\"color:#85A7BF;\">Article continues after this commercial<\/i>\t\t  <\/p><\/div>\n<p>Now, he adds one other role as head coach of the Gilas Pilipinas U-18 Women\u2019s team.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019ve been a fan of ladies\u2019s basketball, but I\u2019ve never coached women\u2019s basketball, so I\u2019m really thankful for this chance,\u201d Arespacochaga said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe formed the pool with the concept not only of forming the team for Seaba.
