Jack Osbourne<\/strong> is firing back at criticism over his weight.<\/p>\n

\u201cI cannot imagine I\u2019m having to really make this f***ing video. If I see another article written about me saying how I\u2019m \u2018sick,\u2019 I\u2019m \u2018grossly underweight\u2019, [that I\u2019m] \u2018health crisis Jack\u2019 \u2026 It\u2019s f***ing insane,\u201d the previous Osbournes<\/em> star, 40, said in an impassioned Instagram<\/a> video posted on Tuesday, May 19.<\/p>\n

\u201cI actually have lost no weight since I got out of the jungle doing I\u2019m a Celebrity\u2026 Get Me Out of Here!<\/em> six months ago,\u201d he said, referring to the U.K. reality show, which aired from November to December 2025. \u201cI\u2019ve been the identical f***ing weight. The one difference is I shaved my beard and opted for a creepy mustache. That\u2019s the one f***ing difference.\u201d<\/p>\n

Jack went on to share how he\u2019s made a conscious effort to drop pounds over the past 4 years, sharing that he repeatedly does Brazilian jiu-jitsu.<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tKelly Osbourne is speaking out after her physical appearance has continued to foster body-shaming comments. \u201cThere’s a special sort of cruelty in harming someone who’s clearly going through something,\u201d Osbourne, 41, wrote via her Instagram Stories on Sunday, March 1. \u201cKicking me while I\u2019m down, spreading my struggles as gossip and turning your [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

He said, \u201cI\u2019ve been slowly but consistently reducing weight for the last three and a half years. I shot as much as about 220 kilos about three and a half years ago and decided that I desired to make some changes, so I did.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cWhat\u2019s the massive f***ing deal? I\u2019m 5 foot 8 and a half and 155 kilos. It’s perfectly healthy,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n

Jack concluded his video by criticizing the scrutiny he\u2019s received regarding his weight over time.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe undeniable fact that I even should say this blows my mind,\u201d he said. \u201cMy entire life I used to be just brutalized by the press about being chubby, and the undeniable fact that I get all the way down to a healthy weight, now I\u2019m criticized much more? Get f***ed.\u201d<\/p>\n

A lot of Jack\u2019s celebrity friends showed their support within the comments section of his post.<\/p>\n

\u201cLove you Jack. You tell em!!!\u201d wrote Kelly Rizzo<\/strong>. AEW wrestler Chris Jericho<\/strong> added, \u201cDon\u2019t hearken to the haters dude. You look great.\u201d<\/p>\n

In March, Jack and wife Aree Gearhart<\/strong> welcomed their second child together. They named their daughter in honor of Jack\u2019s late father, Ozzy Osbourne<\/strong>, who died at age 76 in July 2025.<\/p>\n
