MANILA, Philippines\u2013Alyssa Solomon has declared for the 2026 Premier Volleyball League Rookie Draft amid several overseas offers.<\/p>\n
Solomon\u2019s management team, Hustle and Groove, announced that the rising opposite spiker has officially thrown her name into this 12 months\u2019s draft pool ahead of Draft Night on June 3.<\/p>\n
The PVL is about to release the initial list of applicants following the May 22 deadline. Aspirants should withdraw their applications until June 1.<\/p>\n
Hustle and Groove also told the Inquirer that Solomon remains to be weighing offers from clubs in america, South America and Europe.<\/p>\n
The 24-year-old Solomon played in Japan after winning her third UAAP championship alongside Bella Belen last 12 months.<\/p>\n
She helped Osaka Marvelous finish runner-up within the SV.League.<\/p>\n
Solomon has also been a fixture for Alas Pilipinas Women\u2019s Volleyball Team over the past two years, helping the national squad capture 4 bronze medals within the SEA V.League and a runner-up finish in last 12 months\u2019s AVC Women\u2019s Cup.<\/p>\n
The Santa Rosa, Laguna native was a former UAAP and SEA V.League Best Opposite Spiker and won MVP thrice within the Shakey\u2019s Super League.<\/p>\n
She was also named Finals MVP in UAAP Season 86 after leading National University to a sweep of University of Santo Tomas two years ago.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
