David Dhawan was celebrated and each member of the solid spoke highly of him. Meanwhile, essentially the most emotional moment of the launch was when David Dhawan got teary-eyed.<\/p>\n Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hai trailer launch\u2019s most EMOTIONAL moment: David Dhawan gets teary-eyed and says, \u201cEverybody must have a son like Varun\u201d<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n Varun Dhawan said, \u201cIt\u2019s amazing that this man (David Dhawan) is making a movie at this age. We reside in times when every Friday, we’re questioning cinema. All of us love cinema, but we do ask, \u2018Kya<\/em> yeh<\/em> film chalegi\u2019<\/em>. All I would like to say is that it is a David Dhawan film. Yeh<\/em> film inke<\/em> conviction pe bani hai<\/em>. It’s an all-out entertainer to make you laugh. If my family has had one motto, it’s to make people laugh. Mere<\/em> father logon ko bas hasana chahte hai<\/em>.\u201d<\/p>\n David Dhawan noted, \u201cHe (Varun) has been an incredible son. He has all the time taken care of me and my health. For every part and anything, he\u2019s all the time there standing by me. Even within the hospital, he used to sleep there with me. What more do you would like? As an actor, he\u2019s improving needless to say. What you would like, he can offer you. But, as a father, I feel that everyone must have a son like him.\u201d<\/p>\n As he said this, David got emotional and had tears. Varun tried to make light of the moment and joked, \u201cLike me and Rohit.\u201d It worked as David smiled and said, \u201cYeah. My other son, too. Each of them.\u201d Varun then gave a peck to David on his cheeks.<\/p>\n At one other point, he further praised Varun Dhawan, \u201cHe\u2019s improving quite a bit and it’s visible. He\u2019s taking good care of me also on this age.\u201d A journalist remarked that David Dhawan mustn’t retire. David didn\u2019t deny the speculations but simply said, \u201cAap apni <\/em>health mujhe de do<\/em>!\u201d<\/p>\n He also said, \u201cMy son is making a movie. He\u2019s also working. I’m standing behind them.
