Could There Be More Movement on the 2026 NHL Draft<\/h2>\n

Dave Pagnotta of The Fourth Period was on NHL Tonight with Erika Watcher on NHL Network<\/a> on Sunday and was asked about whether there shall be teams moving the first-round picks, specifically in the highest 10, on the 2026 NHL Draft.<\/p>\n

San Jose has the second overall pick for the second yr in a row. They\u2019re willing to listen on that second overall pick, and it seems like Chicago, as well, can also be willing to listen on that number 4. You have got the five and 6 slots right there.<\/p>\n

I feel the Latest York Rangers and the Calgary Flames are two teams which are concerned with moving up, or not less than going to explore those possibilities. Calgary hoped they\u2019d be in a greater position with that pick, actually going to have the opportunity to herald any individual, a solid stud, any individual in there on the sixth spot.<\/p>\n

But Craig Conroy goes to look to maneuver up. They\u2019re also open for business, by the way in which. Calgary is willing to listen on quite a lot of different players.
