Latest details have emerged regarding the death of Alaskan Bush People<\/em> star Matt Brown.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cThe Okanogan County Coroner\u2019s Office has confirmed the identity of a deceased adult male recovered from the Okanogan River south of Oroville, Washington,\u201d the Okanogan County Coroner\u2019s office said in a Monday, June 1, press release.<\/p>\n

The statement noted that the Coroner\u2019s Office was notified by the Okanogan County Sheriff\u2019s Office on May 27 of \u201ca person observed floating face down within the river.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cInitial efforts to substantiate and retrieve the person were unsuccessful because of fast-moving river conditions, and search operations continued over the next days,\u201d the discharge read.<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tAuthorities are crediting a \u201cgroup of personal residents\u201d for ultimately recovering the body of Alaskan Bush People star Matt Brown. \u201cOn Saturday, May 30, 2026, a bunch of personal residents conducting a search along the Okanogan River positioned a deceased individual within the river,\u201d a Sunday, May 31, updated press release shared by Washington state\u2019s [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Three days later, the Coroner\u2019s Office was notified that a body \u201chad been positioned downstream from the unique site.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cWorking in coordination with the Okanogan County Sheriff\u2019s Office, the body was secured and subsequently positively identified as Matthew J. Brown, 43, of Oroville, Washington. Identification was confirmed by a member of the family present on scene,\u201d the press release read.<\/p>\n

The Coroner\u2019s Office noted that a postmortem examination can be conducted in the approaching days to find out an official reason for death.<\/p>\n

Matt\u2019s brother Bear Brown<\/strong> confirmed on Saturday, May 30, that the fact star died and his body had been recovered. He was 43. Bear shared that their older brother, Noah Brown<\/strong>, was with the group of personal residents when Matt\u2019s stays were positioned.<\/p>\n
