Janel Parrish<\/strong> and ex-husband Chris Long<\/strong> have finalized their divorce \u2014 but neither will legally be considered single for months.<\/p>\n

Parrish, 37, and Long revealed in a Monday, June 1, filing obtained by Us Weekly<\/em> that \u201cunhappy differences have arisen\u201d between that pair that make it \u201cnot possible to live together as spouses.\u201d<\/p>\n

As such, the estranged couple separated on April 4, officially filing for divorce on April 28.<\/p>\n

A judge ruled on Monday that Parrish and Long\u2019s \u201cdissolution of marriage\u201d has been entered into the Superior Court of California County Los Angeles records.<\/p>\n

The marital status might be \u201cterminated\u201d and Parrish and Long might be \u201crestored\u201d to single status on October 29, 2026, per the filing.<\/p>\n

The exes\u2019 divorce agreement revealed that \u201cspousal support is waived by each parties.\u201d<\/p>\n

In the case of marital assets, each Parrish and Long were awarded \u201call household furniture, furnishings, artwork, appliances, clothing, jewelry, personal effects, and private property in [their] physical possession and control,\u201d in response to the court docs.<\/p>\n

The Pretty Little Liars<\/em> alum was also awarded her 2019 Audio SQ7, the checking and savings accounts in her name, in addition to a pension, retirement and 401K listed in her name.<\/p>\n

The exes agreed that Parrish will receive \u201cany and all interests\u201d within the project Sydney vs. Sean<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Long was awarded the checking and savings accounts in his name, pension, retirement and 401K in his name and \u201cany and all equity interest in Apex Water and Process Inc.,\u201d per the docs.<\/p>\n

Parrish and Long, who wed in September 2018, will even keep \u201chalf interest\u201d of their joint Los Angeles home and half of their Chase Joint Checking Account, which might be \u201cdivided\u201d upon the sale of the California property.<\/p>\n

Parrish and Long were married for seven years before news broke of their split. The actress broke her silence on the breakup on April 10.<\/p>\n
