Off Campus<\/em> star Mika Abdalla<\/strong> found love off screen along with her fianc\u00e9, Jake Short<\/strong> before they ended their engagement in 2026.<\/p>\n Abdalla, who portrays Allie Hayes within the hit Off Campus<\/em> series, met Short in 2021. 4 years later, the pair\u2019s engagement was confirmed by Short\u2019s manager, Brian Medavoy.<\/strong><\/p>\n \u201cAn awesome day yesterday celebrating the following chapter for my longtime client, Jake Short and his fiance Mika Abdalla. From set to real life \u2013 watching your journey has been a joy. Here\u2019s to endlessly,\u201d Medavoy captioned the Instagram<\/a> post in 2025, alongside a photograph of the couple.<\/p>\n A spokesperson for Abdalla subsequently confirmed exclusively to Us Weekly<\/em> in June 2026 that the actress recently split from Short.<\/p>\n Scroll all the way down to learn more about Short:<\/p>\n Short has starred in a series of shows, including A.N.T Farm, Mighty Med<\/em> and Lab Rats: Elite Force.<\/em><\/p>\n \u201cI got into acting 4 years ago,\u201d Short recalled in a 2011 interview<\/a>. \u201cI began in Indiana where I\u2019m from. I principally developed from there. I got here out here, got a manager and agent and that\u2019s principally my story in how I got involved in acting.\u201d<\/p>\n Short took home the Kids Selection Award Winner for Favorite TV Actor in 2012 for his role in A.N.T Farm<\/em> as Fletcher Quimby. He was also nominated in 2014 for a similar award but lost to Ross Lynch.<\/strong><\/p>\n Short shared in March 2026 that he directed his first short, which starred Bradley Stephen Perry.<\/strong><\/p>\n \u201cCouldn’t be more thrilled to share that my first crack at directing a brief will probably be screened in my home city at BHFF and shut to my home town at CIFF!\u201d he wrote via Instagram<\/a> on the time. \u201cThe chances that these screenings are at some point apart seems unattainable, but please please buy tickets should you are in a position to attend either festival on April 14th or fifteenth.
