(FLI) raised P9 billion from the third tranche of its P35-billion shelf-registered bond program to assist finance expansion projects.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">In a stock exchange filing on Tuesday, the corporate said it accomplished the issuance of Series E three-year bonds due in 2029.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">The bonds, which carry a set annual rate of interest of seven.3993%, were listed on the Philippine Dealing &#038; Exchange Corp. on June 2.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">The issuance marks the third tranche of FLI\u2019s shelf-registered bond program, following a P11.4-billion tranche issued in 2023 and a P12-billion tranche accomplished in March 2025.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">Previous issuances were used to fund the corporate\u2019s retail and industrial expansion projects.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">In earlier disclosures, FLI said proceeds from the retail bond offer would support its expansion initiatives.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">FLI tapped BDO Capital &#038; Investment Corp., BPI Capital Corp., China Bank Capital Corp., East West Banking Corp., First Metro Investment Corp., Land Bank of the Philippines, RCBC Capital Corp. and SB Capital &#038; Investment Corp. as joint lead underwriters and bookrunners for the transaction.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">BPI Asset Management and Trust Corp. served as trustee for the issuance.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s2\">Filinvest Land\u2019s portfolio includes residential developments, office towers, townships, mixed-use projects, malls and leisure developments.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">Its shares rose 1.43% to P0.71 each on the local bourse. \u2014<b> AGCM<\/b><\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>FILINVESTLEGACY.COM GOTIANUN-LED Filinvest Land, Inc.
