From critiquing Jay-Z\u2019s recent performance to offering up an unexpected review of what he claims the rapper\u2019s breath smelled like back within the day, the Roc-A-Fella co-founder put Jay\u2019s name \u2014 and allegedly his mouth \u2014 back within the conversation once more, and social media is already sounding off.<\/p>\n During a recent conversation<\/a> with The Art of Dialogue, Damon Dash shared his response to Jay-Z\u2019s rare solo performance on the Roots Picnic in Philadelphia\u2014and let\u2019s just say he wasn\u2019t handing out compliments. Dame admitted he felt \u201cembarrassed<\/strong>\u201d for his former business partner, saying he couldn\u2019t understand why the rap mogul was still acting at this stage in his profession.<\/p>\n \u201cIt should be embarrassing for him to now need to be on that stage, not the identical version of himself, and still need to work at that age because he has to<\/strong>,\u201d Damon Dash said.<\/p>\n As if critiquing the show wasn\u2019t enough, Dash took things a step further by revisiting a private gripe he\u2019s apparently been holding onto for years.
