Kim Zolciak<\/strong> and Kroy Biermann<\/strong> are still embroiled of their years-long divorce saga. More recently, custody of their 4 minor children has develop into a contentious topic, with each parties launching allegations at each other. Now, the previous \u201cReal Housewives of Atlanta\u201d star is accusing Biermann of kid abuse and never properly shielding their kids from his sex with random women. <\/p>\n TMZ<\/a> obtained court documents filed by Zolciak that accuse her estranged husband of being inappropriate with their children. First, she stated that the EX NFL star threw one among their sons over a couch. Specifically, she alleges that this occurred during a passionate argument while at his home. <\/p>\n That\u2019s not all, as she claims Biermann has been sexually lively with multiple women recently. The problem is that he\u2019s having sex with them in areas of the house where the kids can fully hear them, in keeping with the \u201cRHOA\u201d alum\u2019s court filing. Considered one of the ladies is alleged to have vacationed with the children and Biermann.<\/p>\n \t\t<\/p>\n Moreover, Zolciak says the children \u201chave reported on multiple occasions not seeing [Kroy] for hours on end, but hearing him engage in sexual acts together with his girlfriend of the moment.\u201d <\/p>\n Regarding abuse, she can be accusing Biermann of throwing a pan at one among the children\u2019 heads. <\/p>\n Per TMZ, Zolciak claims that the court-appointed guardian was made aware of the incident with Biermann allegedly abusing their son. Nevertheless, the person is alleged to have dismissed the claim, stating that the boy was large for his age. Notably, it incorporates a text said to be from one among Biermann\u2019s alleged romantic encounters, accusing him of abuse. The text, sent to Zolciak\u2019s boyfriend Kyle Mowitz<\/strong>, said, \u201cI imagine Kim. He’s abusive. And his abuse is unlike any I\u2019ve ever witnessed.\u201d<\/p>\n Following Zolciak\u2019s latest legal filing against Biermann, social media is reacting with many unsure of which side to take. While some are taking her side, others claim she\u2019s not being fully honest along with her accusations against her estranged husband. <\/p>\n One person said on X, \u201cShe\u2019s making it sound like they were within the room. Did she expect him to go away his kids at home and take his jump off to a hotel room?
