Taylor Swift<\/strong> is reliving her childhood.<\/p>\n

The singer, 36, shared rare footage from her younger days via X<\/a> and Instagram<\/a> on Friday, June 5, to mark the discharge of her recent song, \u201cI Knew It, I Knew You,\u201d from the Toy Story 5<\/em> soundtrack.<\/p>\n

Within the playful clip, a young Swift will be seen rocking a cowboy hat and boots, in addition to a denim skirt with red trimming, as she dances.<\/p>\n

Swift\u2019s recent track, cowritten by regular collaborator Jack Antonoff<\/strong>, is a rustic song inspired by Toy Story<\/em> character Jessie, a cowgirl first introduced in Toy Story 2<\/em>.<\/p>\n

\u201cWriting this song felt like a musical departure and coming home at the identical time. Creating something for Jessie was a brand new challenge and likewise felt like second nature unexpectedly,\u201d Swift wrote alongside the clip. \u201cAnd being a @toystory kid from the age of 5 til now\u2026 is an adventure I plan to be on, to infinity and beyond.\u201d<\/p>\n

Swift continued, \u201cThanks to the sensible [director] Andrew Stanton<\/strong> for imagining me for this, all those years ago while you wrote this newest film. Thanks to the incomparable [composer] @RandyNewman or the gorgeous sonic tapestry of songs and scores you\u2019ve meticulously woven through the years. You created the Toy Story musical world, and we’re lucky to get to live in it.<\/p>\n
