AYALALAND Logistics Holdings Corp. is specializing in stabilizing operations across its cold chain facilities at the same time as it continues expanding its network with warehouses in key growth areas.<\/span><\/p>\n \u201cWe\u2019re still working on our plans, but the main focus without delay is to work on stabilizing the operations of the facilities,\u201d Chief Operating Officer Patrick John C. Avila said on the sidelines of an event last week.<\/span><\/p>\n The corporate recently opened two ALogis Artico cold storage facilities in Laguna and Cebu as a part of its expansion into temperature-controlled logistics.<\/p>\n Mr. Avila said construction continues for an ALogis Artico facility in Vermosa, Cavite, which is predicted so as to add about 5,000 pallet positions once accomplished.<\/p>\n The Vermosa site is an element of Ayala Land\u2019s estate in Cavite and is targeted for completion later this 12 months, he said.<\/p>\n The corporate\u2019s cold chain network has grown steadily in recent times, with facilities designed to support food, pharmaceutical and other temperature-sensitive goods.<\/span><\/p>\n ALogis Artico Consolacion in Cebu, which opened in September 2024, can accommodate 6,000 pallet positions and includes processing rooms and multiple cold storage areas starting from 5\u00b0C to -25\u00b0C.<\/p>\n It’s registered with several government agencies, including the Board of Investments, National Meat Inspection Service, Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources and Bureau of Plant Industry.<\/span><\/p>\n This follows the sooner ALogis Artico facility in Mandaue, which began operations in 2022.<\/p>\n In Laguna, ALogis Artico Santa Rosa offers 4,000 pallet positions in cold storage rooms maintained at temperatures as little as -17\u00b0C. It also includes processing rooms, dry cupboard space and blast freezing capability.<\/span><\/p>\n The corporate said the expansion supports rising demand for contemporary cold chain infrastructure as supply chains turn into more sensitive to temperature control requirements.<\/span><\/p>\n While expansion continues, management said the immediate priority is ensuring that existing facilities operate efficiently and reliably before scaling further.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Cavite Technopark \u2014 AYALALANDLOGISTICS.COM By Juliana Chloe A.
