West Wilson<\/strong> desires to set the record straight on rumors that he and Amanda Batula<\/strong> were fleeing the country amid the Summer House<\/em> season 10 reunion with their recent Italy trip.<\/p>\n

\u201cDid you see that everybody said that, because I went to a marriage in Italy with Amanda, everyone\u2019s like, \u2018They\u2019re fleeing the country,\u2019\u201d West, 31, joked in the course of the Friday, June 5, episode of his \u201cShow Me Something\u201d podcast.<\/a><\/p>\n

The Bravo star did make clear that folks \u201cobviously\u201d said that before they knew he and Amanda were traveling for a marriage.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhoever took the image of us within the customs line on the Rome airport, I do know exactly what you appear like. Blonde woman,\u201d West continued. \u201cIt\u2019s, like, us standing with backpacks. It\u2019s so silly.\u201d<\/p>\n

He added, \u201cMy cousin got married, so I went.\u201d<\/p>\n

Instagram gossip account DeuxMoi shared the photo of West and Amanda on the airport on May 26 together with a second message claiming that the couple were spotted at a restaurant in Rome.<\/p>\n

West continued to deal with rumors concerning the trip on Friday after eagle-eyed fans appeared to clock that Amanda had taken out her bank card and paid for considered one of their meals in Italy.<\/p>\n

\u201cThat\u2019s f***ing crazy, they watched her use her bank card?\u201d West said. \u201cI handled the flights and the hotels, motherf***ers. How\u2019s that sound?\u201d<\/p>\n

He added, \u201cI grew up in a house where my family split the f***ing bills.\u201d<\/p>\n

West and Amanda\u2019s Italy trip got here because the Summer House<\/em> season 10 reunion began airing on May 26. The pair found themselves in the recent seat for many of the reunion after details about their relationship were revealed.<\/p>\n
