Should you really wanted to search out me, you can find me,\u201d Lopez shared.<\/p>\n<p>Cohen responded, \u201c[But] not through Instagram\u2026\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Lopez said, \u201cYou\u2019re not going to search out me through Instagram or sliding into my DMs. You have got to make more of an effort than that.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The \u201cDance Again\u201d singer has been single since her split from ex-husband<strong> Ben Affleck<\/strong> in 2024. The couple\u2019s whirlwind romance first began in 2002 after they met on the set of the movie <em>Gigli<\/em>. Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez got back together nearly 20 years after their romance first took the world by storm. The pair first connected in 2002 on the set of the ill-fated Gigli. The movie [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>Fast forward to 2021 and the exes reunited, marrying in Las Vegas in July 2022, followed by an intimate ceremony in Georgia in August that yr.<\/p>\n<p>Lopez filed for divorce from Affleck, 53, in August 2024, and the wedding was officially dissolved in January 2025.<\/p>\n<p>During a May appearance on <em>Jimmy Kimmel Live!<\/em>, Lopez said she was completely satisfied flying solo in the intervening time.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYou\u2019re single right away,\u201d host Jimmy Kimmel noted, prompting Lopez to answer, \u201cI&#8217;m. I must have done it sooner! I\u2019ve been doing all of it mistaken. Trust me.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m not doing anything to destroy how I feel right away. It\u2019s incredible. I made a decision to only be home and sit in what had happened without running away from it through work, through one other person, through anything. Just sit.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI used to be just at a degree where I used to be like, \u2018What is occurring with you?\u2019\u201d she continued. \u201cI couldn\u2019t blame anybody else because I don\u2019t think that\u2019s where the lesson is. And so, I actually needed to figure myself out.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Lopez added, \u201cI feel like for the primary time in my life, I\u2019m free. I\u2019m alone. It feels really good. I didn\u2019t really know what that felt like since I used to be in my early 20s, and even before that I at all times had a boyfriend. There was at all times someone in my life and so many other things that I felt were out of my control.
