He was released after a failed physical in 2007 and moved to the front office. He rose through the professional scouting department and was named director in 2012 with a promotion to director of football operations in 2014. He remained in that role for a decade and added \u2018senior\u2019 to his title last yr. This latest promotion makes Quarles the vice chairman of the team\u2019s football operations department.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Andy<\/strong> <strong>Speyer<\/strong> is entering his 14th season as a national scout with the Buccaneers, and he&#8217;ll now achieve this with \u2018senior\u2019 affixed to the beginning of his title. He got here up within the Eagles\u2019 organization, starting as a professional personnel intern in 2002 and spending the next 11 years in various scouting roles. In Tampa Bay, he has focused on prospects west of the Mississippi River; amongst his hits in recent draft classes are offensive linemen <strong>Cody<\/strong> <strong>Mauch<\/strong>, tight end <strong>Cade<\/strong> <strong>Otton<\/strong>, running back <strong>Bucky<\/strong> <strong>Irving<\/strong>, and cornerback <strong>Zyon<\/strong> <strong>McCollum<\/strong> This yr, the Bucs drafted Arizona State wide receiver <strong>Ted<\/strong> <strong>Hurst<\/strong>, Missouri linebacker <strong>Jeremiah<\/strong> <strong>Trotter<\/strong>, and LSU tight end <strong>Bauer<\/strong> <strong>Sharp<\/strong> out of Speyer\u2019s region.<\/p>\n<p>The Buccaneers have also promoted <strong>Adam<\/strong> <strong>Pinkoski<\/strong> from assistant director of performance science to director of knowledge science and innovation. He arrived in Tampa Bay in 2023 to assist construct the sports science department and can now expand his analytics work beyond player health and performance into football operations. The team can be promoting <strong>Peighton<\/strong> <strong>Roth<\/strong>, who began as a team operations intern in 2021 and earned a full-time scouting coordinator job the next yr. She is going to now serve because the manager of football administration and scouting operations.<\/p>\n<ul class=\"longlis\">\n<li>The <strong>Bears<\/strong> promoted <strong>Nick<\/strong> <strong>Papagno<\/strong> from NFS scout to Midlands area scout, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/nickpapagno\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">per his LinkedIn<\/a>. Prior to his arrival in Chicago, he spent three years within the Raiders\u2019 front office.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\">The <strong>Cardinals<\/strong> promoted <strong>Tyler<\/strong> <strong>Haskins<\/strong> from scouting assistant to pro scout, per <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/InsideTheLeague\/status\/2060390497739284595\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">InsideTheLeague\u2019s Neil Stratton<\/a>. Haskins\u2019 previous role will probably be filled by former Alabama recruiting specialist <strong>Colton<\/strong> <strong>Hill<\/strong>, <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/InsideTheLeague\/status\/2060359504613560675\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Stratton adds<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\">The <strong>Saints<\/strong> scouting department has grown by two. <strong>Kai<\/strong> <strong>Saunders<\/strong> and <strong>Will<\/strong> <strong>Whisenhunt<\/strong>, one other ex-Alabama recruiter, have come aboard as assistants (<a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/InsideTheLeague\/status\/2060369674680877412\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">via Stratton<\/a>)<\/li>\n<li>The <strong>Commanders<\/strong> are retaining 2025 Nunn-Wooten fellow and former Saints linebacker <strong>Andrew<\/strong> <strong>Dowell<\/strong> as a full-time scouting assistant, <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/john_keim\/status\/2061644621671735805\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">per ESPN\u2019s John Keim<\/a>.
