Canada and France will deepen their defence and industrial co-operation through a brand new general security of knowledge agreement, Prime Minister Mark Carney said while in Paris on Friday.<\/p>\n

He added that Carney is anticipated to reveal \u201cpragmatic diplomacy\u201d on the international event, given how his Davos speech drew widespread international attention.<\/p>\n
