Armando Alejandro Montalvo has walked away with a legal victory in Florida. Orange County officially dropped one in every of the citations filed against him, based on court documents.<\/p>\n

The citation in query was issued on April 2, 2026. On June 11, 2026, Orange County filed a notice saying that it was voluntarily dismissing the charge. The case was connected to accusations that Montalvo left dead animals outside of an Orange County Sheriff\u2019s Office substation on multiple occasions.<\/p>\n

Court records state that Montalvo visited the substation on February 27, March 26, and April 1, 2026. Investigators claimed that he dropped off animal carcasses near the lobby entrance with none permission. Security footage from the February 27 visit reportedly showed him removing dead animals from his vehicle and placing them by the doorway doors. He then went inside and told a staff member that the Sheriff\u2019s office was not doing its job. His explanation for bringing the animals was that they weren’t doing their job, so he brought them a dead cat and a raccoon.<\/p>\n

Animal Services officers were called out every time to scrub up, and not less than one animal reportedly showed signs of severe trauma, including crushing injuries to its head.<\/p>\n
