It\u2019s secure to say now that \u201cDisclosure Day\u201d has finally hit theaters that \u201cThe Mandalorian and Grogu\u201d has faded from the minds of all but probably the most devout \u201cStar Wars\u201d fans. The movie followed the show\u2019s third season of \u201cThe Mandalorian,\u201d a series that premiered on Disney+ before making the jump to the large screen. Nevertheless, the standalone story was largely disconnected from the greater galaxy far, far-off, and didn\u2019t arrange a sequel, a possible fourth season, or tie into the second season of \u201cAhsoka,\u201d which was delayed until 2027. <\/p>\n Director Steven Spielberg<\/strong> is back in theaters with one other movie about aliens and government cover-ups. \u201cDisclosure Day\u201d already has a 80% critic rating on Rotten Tomatoes<\/a> as fans praise Spielberg\u2019s latest sci-fi outing. <\/p>\n By its third week, \u201cThe Mandalorian and Grogu\u201d was already eclipsed by \u201cObsession\u201d and \u201cBackrooms\u201d on the box office. The movie dropped even lower following the discharge of \u201cScary Movie\u201d and \u201cMasters of the Universe.\u201d Now that \u201cDisclosure Day\u201d is taking charge of the box office, \u201cThe Mandalorian and Grogu\u201d has completely dropped out of the highest five, with no probability of rebounding. <\/p>\n Although roughly 300 critic reviews gave \u201cThe Mandalorian and Grogu\u201d a 62% fresh rating, it appears that evidently audiences were slightly more generous, giving the film a 87% rating. The last standalone \u201cStar Wars\u201d adventure to hit theaters was \u201cSolo: A Star Wars Story,\u201d which had a 69% critic rating and a 63% audience rating. That film focused on the adventures of a young Han Solo, played by Alden Ehrenreich.<\/p>\n \u00a0This film featured the titular Mandalorian, Din Djarin (Pedro Pascal<\/strong>), and his sidekick, Grogu, more affectionately referred to as Baby Yoda, on a mission to free Rotta the Hutt in exchange for information to assist them track down the scattered Imperial warlords throughout the Outer Rim. Although Colonel Ward (Sigourney Weaver<\/strong>) is trying to forestall one other war, audiences already know the way that seems. The First Order eventually rises to power in 2015\u2019s \u201cThe Force Awakens\u201d and is seemingly defeated in 2019\u2019s \u201cThe Rise of Skywalker.\u201d<\/p>\n Fans and critics alike questioned the necessity to bring a Disney+ show with three seasons to the large screen, especially considering that the third season was not as positively received as the primary two.
