The employees of a bungee company who threw a model to her death after her safety cord was unattached have appeared in court.<\/p>\n

Maria Eduarda Rodrigues de Freitas, fell to her death in front of horrified witnesses, who will be heard shouting: \u2018the rope people, the rope.\u2019<\/p>\n

The teacher was seen being carried in a Superman pose before being hurled to her death down a 130ft drop off the Skeleton bridge in Limeira,\u00a0S\u00e3o Paulo<\/a>, in Brazil.<\/p>\n

Three men were arrested for homicide with eventual intent following the tragic death.\u00a0<\/p>\n

They were perp walked to court on Monsay where they claimed there was a \u2018blackout\u2019 through the stunt\u2019s set-up, and \u2018can\u2019t remember\u2019 who must have attached the protection cord.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The trio remanded in custody after appearing before a judge have been named locally as Maicon Fernandes Cintra, 42, Luis Felipe Feliciano Egoroff, 32, and Vitor de Freitas Gon\u00e7alves, 27.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Luis Felipe, who says he earned just \u00a326.50 per jump, told police after his arrest that team members didn\u2019t have set responsibilities through the jumps and equipment checks were carried out \u2018jointly.\u2019<\/p>\n

Quizzed on who was chargeable for the ultimate safety checks for Maria Eduarda\u2019s jump, he told police: \u2018I can\u2019t\u00a0remember.\u2019 Maicon Fernandes Cintra reportedly gave cops the identical answer.<\/p>\n

Their lawyer Rafael Gomes dos Santos claimed overnight: \u2018They’re in a state of shock. They can’t explain what happened because they’ve been doing this for years.<\/p>\n

\u2018Nothing like this has ever happened.\u2019<\/p>\n

Videos show her being carried horizontally by her legs and arms in a \u2018Superman\u2019 pose at the highest of Ponte do Esqueleto, an abandoned railway bridge.<\/p>\n

After she is thrown off, instructors look down because the camera pans to indicate the protection line still lying on the platform.<\/p>\n

Maria Eduarda\u2019s devastated mum Valdenia, expressed her grief hours after her daughter\u2019s funeral took place.<\/p>\n

She posted online: \u2018That damned rope took you away from me without end. My beloved daughter, you might be gone and all that continues to be here is pain and longing. I’ll love you without end.\u2019<\/p>\n

In a series of Instagram stories published moments before she died, the tragic gym employee killed published photos of the representatives of the private company that organised the jump.<\/p>\n

Ms Rodrigues de Freitas had uploaded a string of social media posts before the trip, excited in regards to the jump and sharing pictures of the venue.<\/p>\n

\u2018Who was the crazy one who let me jump off a bridge?\u2019 she wrote beside a photograph of an Entre Cordas banner.<\/p>\n

The jump appeared to involve bungee jump-rope operator Entre Cordas and\u00a0Ih Voei, a linked instructor brand.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Local media reports staff on the scene were wearing shirts bearing the names of each brands.<\/p>\n

Entre Cordas\u2019s Instagram page, which advertised \u2018a jump to the extraordinary,\u2019 was reportedly taken down after the death.<\/p>\n
