A 21-year-old model who was thrown to her death with no bungee cord is claimed to have been alive after landing.<\/p>\n

Maria Eduarda Rodrigues de Freitas fell 130ft to her death in front of horrified witnesses in Limeira, S\u00e3o Paulo, Brazil, after staff didn’t properly attach her safety harness.<\/p>\n

Videos show her being carried horizontally by her legs and arms in a \u2018Superman\u2019 pose at the highest of Ponte do Esqueleto, an abandoned railway bridge.<\/p>\n

Footage showed the moment instructors looked down over the bridge after she was thrown off, with the camera panning to indicate the security line still lying on the platform. Staff members appeared unaware that she was not connected to the primary rope.<\/p>\n

Now, a nurse who tried to avoid wasting her has said she was initially alive when she reached her.<\/p>\n

Rayza Dias said: \u2018I scraped my whole hand because there\u2019s a steep slope down there and just one rope for us to climb down.\u2019<\/p>\n

Rodrigues de Freitas had a weak pulse and was respiratory heavily by the point Dias reached her.<\/p>\n

She died shortly afterwards and was buried in S\u00e3o Paulo on Sunday.<\/p>\n

Rodrigues de Freitas\u2019 mother said after her funeral: \u2018That damned rope took you away from me without end.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201dMy beloved daughter, you might be gone, and all that continues to be here is pain and longing.\u00a0I’ll love you without end.\u2019<\/p>\n

Ms Rodrigues de Freitas had uploaded a string of\u00a0social media\u00a0posts before the trip, excited in regards to the jump and sharing pictures of the venue.<\/p>\n

\u2018Who was the crazy one that let me jump off a bridge?\u2019 she wrote beside a photograph of an Entre Cordas banner.<\/p>\n

The jump appeared to involve bungee jump-rope operator Entre Cordas and\u00a0Ih Voei, a linked instructor brand.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Entre Cordas\u2019s\u00a0Instagram\u00a0page, which advertised \u2018a jump to the extraordinary,\u2019 was reportedly taken down after the death.<\/p>\n

The lads accused of not attaching the security rope fled after realising their mistake before they were positioned and arrested in a close-by woodland.<\/p>\n

Maicon Fernandes Cintra, 42, Luis Felipe Feliciano Egoroff, 32, and Vitor de Freitas Goncalves, 27, said they \u2018can\u2019t remember\u2019 who must have put the security rope on.<\/p>\n

They’ve been charged with homicide.<\/p>\n

Town of Limeira said they\u2019re trying to take legal motion against the Brazilian Government for failing to observe access to the old railway bridge where the bungee jumps operated.<\/p>\n
