Andy Cohen<\/strong> is worked up in regards to the return of Bravo\u2019s \u201cThe Real Housewives of Latest Jersey<\/strong>.\u201d The series has been off the air since 2024, and when the Garden State ladies return (likely in 2027), it\u2019ll be must-see television. In a brand new interview, the Bravo figurehead and father of two opened up about why now was the fitting time to return the series from hiatus, saying all of it needed to do with Teresa Giudice<\/strong> and Melissa Gorga<\/strong>\u2018s recent reconciliation. <\/p>\n

Speaking with Variety<\/a>, Cohen, who serves as an executive producer of the series, said that \u201cThe Real Housewives of Latest Jersey\u2019s\u201d return has every little thing to do with Gorga and Giudice finally making up. <\/p>\n

\u201cThey really have [reconciled], and I do consider it,\u201d Cohen said. \u201cYou already know, this happened months ago, and we decided to not film anything because, frankly, we\u2019ve seen Melissa \u2014 and we\u2019ve seen Joe and Teresa \u2014 make up before. We were like, \u2018Great, when you\u2019re going to do that, go do it!\u2019 They usually lived in it for a lot of months.\u201d <\/p>\n

Gorga and Giudice have fought incessantly on the show for over a decade. Their most up-to-date fallout sent the show right into a hiatus. Nevertheless, they shocked the Bravoverse at BravoCon 2025 once they appeared side by side, telling the fandom they were moving forward as a family. <\/p>\n

\u201cI remember talking to Gia at BravoCon [2025], and she or he looked in my eye, and she or he was telling me things that that they had been doing as a family, and she or he was emotional about having her uncle back and her cousins back. And I used to be like, \u2018OK, good. That is real,’\u201d Cohen added. <\/p>\n

At BravoCon, Gorga touched on her newfound relationship along with her sister-in-law, admitting that the pair were in a much \u201cdifferent place\u201d than they were in 2024. <\/p>\n

\u201cLet\u2019s just say that\u2026 everybody\u2019s working on it. We\u2019re working on it. We\u2019re attempting to move forward and we\u2019ve, you recognize, hashed quite a lot of things out privately without all of this. And I believe that\u2019s a very good thing,\u201d she said. <\/p>\n

Gorga went on to say that she\u2019s all the time wanted her family to be united while filming the series, and their time away from the show helped them each realize what was most vital. \u201cWhatever it takes to wake someone up is, you recognize, that\u2019s how life goes, right? And also you never want it to be a funeral or a marriage or someone within the hospital. Like, that\u2019s not what we wish. So, this was a more of a natural reason,\u201d she said. <\/p>\n
