Dana White definitely isn\u2019t looking any further ahead than Conor McGregor\u2019s scheduled comeback.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This coming July 11, Conor McGregor is finally set to make his comeback to the game when he takes on Max Holloway within the UFC 329 important event.<\/p>\n

<\/figure>\n

The Irishman hasn\u2019t competed since 2021 when he disastrously broke his leg against Dustin Poirier, but he was scheduled to return in 2024 against Michael Chandler before withdrawing because of injury.<\/p>\n

And since of his recent history of inactivity, Dana White is adamant that he isn\u2019t looking past his return this coming July.<\/p>\n

White dispels McGregor\u2019s claim that his next fight date is already set<\/h2>\n

\u2018The Notorious\u2019 former double champion finds himself as an enormous underdog going into his rematch against Holloway, who since McGregor\u2019s last fight, has fought eight times with five being title fights.<\/p>\n

Despite that, McGregor has claimed that Holloway hasn\u2019t made any improvements since their last fight in 2013, calling \u2018Blessed\u2019 his \u2018son\u2019.<\/p>\n

His UFC 329 clash will mark the penultimate fight of his current cope with the promotion, leaving him with only one fight left.<\/p>\n

The 37-year-old recently revealed that he has already been given the date for the ultimate fight of his deal, stating that he can be returning in April.<\/p>\n

That, though, has been disputed by Dana White who gave his thoughts on McGregor\u2019s comments in the course of the UFC Vegas 119 post-fight press conference this past Saturday.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhat are the dates?\u201d White asked a reporter who questioned the legitimacy of it.<\/p>\n

\u201cI don\u2019t even know. I mean, listen, let\u2019s get through this one first after which we\u2019ll determine when the subsequent one is, you already know, to even be talking about his second fight without even having the primary fight.<\/p>\n

\u201cThat is like after I\u2019m on the web they usually\u2019re like, \u2018This fight sucks this weekend\u2019, how the f\u2014 do you already know this fight sucks (when it hasn\u2019t happened yet)? Saturday night at midnight text me and tell me the fight sucked.<\/p>\n

\u201cSo who knows, let\u2019s see how this fight plays out,\u201d he continued.<\/p>\n

If McGregor does get through the challenge that the previous BMF champion poses, he may very well be set for a possible title clash against either Islam Makhachev or Justin Gaethje.<\/p>\n
