Mira Sara<\/strong> has had a fancy relationship with Ferris Bueller\u2019s Day Off<\/em> since working on the film.<\/p>\n

\u201cI don\u2019t really give interviews because making Ferris Bueller was not that good an experience for me,\u201d Sara, 59, told The Sunday Times<\/a> <\/em>in an interview published on Saturday, June 20. \u201cBut I\u2019m very aware of what a precious thing this movie is, and I don\u2019t wish to disappoint people. But I didn\u2019t get along well with John [Hughes, who directed, wrote and coproduced the movie].\u201d<\/p>\n

Sara, who was 17 when she was solid within the film, has opted to not act much for the reason that movie hit theaters in 1986. As a substitute, she chooses to deal with writing poetry.<\/p>\n

\u201cI never really had the resilience to cope with the audition process. There are some things in my profession that I\u2019m really happy with, but overall it was not a blissful profession for me,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n

In 2001, Sara starred within the TV series Jack and the Beanstalk: The Real Story<\/em> \u2014 which was directed by Brian Henson<\/strong>, whom she married in 2010. The pair have been together for 16 years and share a daughter. (Sara can also be the mother of a son from her previous marriage to Jason Connery<\/strong>.)<\/p>\n

\u201cMy kids say they will see the moment their friends make the connection between me and the movie [Ferris Bueller] they usually\u2019ll say, \u2018Wow, your mom was hot!\u2019\u201d Sara said.<\/p>\n

Ferris Bueller centered on the titular character (Matthew Broderick<\/strong>), who skips highschool for a day in Chicago together with his best friend (Alan Ruck<\/strong>) and girlfriend (Sara) while his sister (Jennifer Grey<\/strong>) and faculty principal (Jeffrey Jones<\/strong>) try and catch him.<\/p>\n

Within the interview, Sara went on to reflect on collaborating with Hughes, who died in 2009.<\/p>\n
