Pace spearhead Jasprit Bumrah has returned to India\u2019s ODI squad for the upcoming series against England, while veteran batter Virat Kohli has also been added to the squad, subject to fitness clearance. Bumrah\u00a0was rested for each the one-off Test and the three-match ODI series against Afghanistan as a part of the BCCI\u2019s workload management plan. Kohli, alternatively, suffered a hamstring injury within the IPL 2026 final and was subsequently ruled out of the ODI series against Afghanistan as well.
