Katie Gaudreau first shared her pregnancy news in February 2026, with a sweet black-and-white Instagram video. Within the clip, Katie wrapped her arm around husband Devin Joyce while holding a pair of tiny baby Nike sneakers in a single hand and an ultrasound photograph in the opposite. Joyce flipped his hat around to disclose \u201cDad\u201d in block letters, while Katie\u2019s matching cap read \u201cMom.\u201d<\/p>\n

The announcement got here seven months after the pair tied the knot in July 2025, nearly a yr after they postponed their original wedding following the deaths of her brothers.<\/p>\n

Katie Gaudreau Tells Her Parents<\/h2>\n

Two weeks after going public, Katie posted a young video in March 2026, showing how she told each member of the family. Set to Taylor Swift\u2019s \u201cDaylight,\u201d the black-and-white clip captured each loved one\u2019s response as Katie presented her ultrasound.<\/p>\n

\u201cTelling a number of of our favourite people & the primary 13 weeks of our growing baby,\u201d she captioned the post.<\/p>\n

Katie Gaudreau Opens Up A couple of Difficult Pregnancy<\/h2>\n

Katie has been refreshingly candid in regards to the harder facets of pregnancy.. In March 2026, she marked her 22-week milestone with a reflective Instagram post.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis pregnancy hasn\u2019t looked the best way I imagined it might,\u201d she wrote. \u201cIt hasn\u2019t been all sunshine and excitement. There\u2019s been a whole lot of uncertainty. A variety of fear. It\u2019s been a pregnancy that\u2019s closely monitored and punctiliously watched, and we\u2019ve been surrounded by a lot support. And I\u2019m so pleased with this little life.\u201d<\/p>\n

She added that she was \u201cincredibly thankful for the doctors who’ve guided us and kept such an in depth eye on all the things and for the guardian angels I actually consider are watching over Baby Joyce.\u201d<\/p>\n

Speaking exclusively to Us<\/em> in April, Katie called the experience \u201ca journey.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cYour first pregnancy is crazy. My mom had it loads higher. She loved being pregnant. I\u2019m taking it day-by-day,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n

Jane Gaudreau Reflects on a Heartbreaking Reality<\/h2>\n

For Katie\u2019s mom, Jane Gaudreau, the pregnancy stirred up painful emotions in addition to an enormous amount of joy.<\/p>\n

\u201cThey were just such big fans of kids,\u201d Jane exclusively told Us<\/em> about her late sons in April 2026. \u201cSometimes I take into consideration that and it\u2019s very heartbreaking that they didn\u2019t get a likelihood to be with their children, and even their nieces or nephews.\u201d<\/p>\n
