\u201cI\u2019m glad that it got here across the time\u2026because I actually wouldn\u2019t have known what I wanted three years ago. I actually needed to sit down in like solitude and like learn who I’m first before I even discovered what it was and what it’s that I would like. So I did try this,\u201d she said. <\/p>\n

\u201cAnd never only did I try this, I\u2019m an enormous believer in like neuroscience,\u201d the mother of two added. \u201cSo I’d literally close my eyes, and I’d meditate about my partner, and I’d meditate concerning the feeling that I’d need to feel, and the sensation was my nervous system being protected, and that\u2019s exactly what he does, like he\u2019s amazing, like he\u2019s so wonderful.\u201d<\/p>\n

Tia went on to say that life is about greater than those things, adding that when women begin specializing in themselves and \u201cself-love,\u201d they\u2019ll recognize their value. \u201cAnd it\u2019s tough. It\u2019s a tough journey, but at the tip of the day, I feel prefer it is so, so value it,\u201d she continued. <\/p>\n

In response to a previous report from The Blast, Tia told the media that, following her divorce, she was keeping certain facets of her personal life private. She shared that she would only post about her relationship when she felt \u201csecure\u201d with where things were between them. <\/p>\n

\u201cIf I’m feeling secure about something, then I\u2019m okay sharing, because everybody desires to say what they need to say. If you end up secure with yourself, you then\u2019re like, \u2018That is just noise,\u2019\u201d she said.<\/p>\n

The actress said that she\u2019s normally a bit nervous posting about her love life, and to guard herself, she\u2019s used to creating \u201ca boundary.\u201d <\/p>\n
