Vanderpump Rules<\/em> alum Tom Sandoval<\/strong> broke his silence amid his legal dispute with ex-girlfriend Victoria Lee Robinson<\/strong> and her father.<\/p>\n

On Saturday, June 27, Sandoval, 42, and Robinson, 33, were each in the corporate of police on the Los Angeles area residence they each shared as they individually removed items from the house. During one heated moment captured by TMZ<\/a>, a lady \u2014 presumed to be Robinson \u2014 may very well be heard telling Sandoval, \u201cI f***ing hate you. Identical to your whole ex-girlfriends, no one likes you.\u201d (Sandoval previously had a contentious breakup with Ariana Madix<\/strong> after he confessed to cheating on her with their Vanderpump Rules<\/em> costar Rachel \u201cRaquel\u201d Leviss<\/strong>.)<\/p>\n

As he left the premises, Sandoval briefly spoke with TMZ about why he and Robinson were each on the property at the identical time.<\/p>\n

\u201cVictoria and her father were just issued a right away move out order, a restraining order \u2026 The police are here to ensure that [they leave],\u201d he explained.<\/p>\n

Asked if he thought the dispute could be resolved \u201ctoday,\u201d he swiftly replied, \u201cNo.\u201d<\/p>\n

Law enforcement sources told the outlet the police were present simply to maintain that peace between either side and that no laws were broken.<\/p>\n

On Thursday, June 24, Sandoval requested a domestic violence restraining order against Victoria and her father, J. Will Robinson<\/strong>, accusing them of \u201cverbal and physical abuse\u201d during a confrontation on June 3.<\/p>\n

The Traitors<\/em> star wrote a lengthy declaration to the court where he accused Will of attacking him. He also alleged that Victoria struck him within the face during a heated confrontation over whether she was recording him without permission.<\/p>\n

\u201cI’m looking for a restraining order against [Will] based on the verbal and physical abuse he has perpetrated against me, essentially the most recent incident being on June 3, wherein he grabbed me and restrained me, chased me into the bedroom and punched a 12-inch hole in my spare bedroom door where I used to be barricading myself,\u201d Sandoval wrote in his impact statement. \u201cI’m afraid of [Will] and his daughter and request the Court\u2019s protection.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tFresh off his run on season 3 of The Traitors, Tom Sandoval has settled back into normal life. Which means he\u2019s spending loads of time along with his girlfriend, Victoria Lee Robinson. After his split from Ariana Madix, Sandoval, 42, is blissful to \u201cgrow together\u201d with Robinson, 32. \u201cVictoria is a really strong and supportive woman [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Per Sandoval, Will \u201cput his face in the opening within the door and smiled telling me he’ll \u2018f***\u2019 me up, \u2018destroy\u2019 me and called me a \u2018motherf***er.\u2019\u201d Police arrived and arrested Victoria, with Sandoval acknowledging that he helped bail her out of jail.<\/p>\n

\u201cMs. Robinson was arrested when it became clear that she had attacked me. As I saw her being arrested, in the warmth of the moment, I asked the cops the method by which she may very well be bailed out,\u201d he wrote. \u201cI even foolishly accepted Ms. Robinson\u2019s phone call from jail and lent her mother financial assistance for the bail. In hindsight, I deeply regret that call.\u201d<\/p>\n
