A mysterious vigilante has emerged in Mexico, stopping \u2018bike thieves\u2019 after a spike in crime within the local area.<\/p>\n

Alleged thieves have been found duct-taped to posts, with the word \u2018ratero\u2019 written on their heads, which translates to \u2018thief\u2019.<\/p>\n

The boys were found around Lagos de Moreno,\u00a0Jalisco,\u00a0often with moustaches and cat whiskers drawn on their cheeks, and the supposedly stolen motorbikes nearby.<\/p>\n

The Sun<\/a> reported that a minimum of one man was left bloodied and bruised after his interaction with the vigilante.<\/p>\n

Local police are said to be treating the duct-taped men as victims within the situation, with an investigation launched to seek out the mystery suspect.<\/p>\n

A complete of 5 cases have been reported, in response to State Security Secretary Juan Pablo Hern\u00e1ndez, and all the boys were cut down and treated for his or her injuries.<\/p>\n

The vigilante also left pink signs above the \u2018thieves\u2019 heads, detailing allegations of their crimes.<\/p>\n

Police have identified two vehicles\u00a0they consider are connected to the attacks, but no suspects have been named.<\/p>\n

Users online shared pictures of the duct-taped men declaring the vigilante the \u2018Batman of Lagos de Moreno\u2019 or \u2018Mexican Batman\u2019.<\/p>\n

This isn\u2019t the primary time vigilante justice has been issued recently,\u00a0with a gaggle of girls in nearby Michoco\u00e1n carrying assault rifles to guard themselves from the Jalisco Latest Generation cartel.<\/p>\n

They\u2019ve even got a homemade tank and arrange roadblocks in an try and stop the gunmen, who’re said to be answerable for an increase in homicides locally.<\/p>\n
